Welcome to the web site of the California Laborers-Employers Cooperation and Education Trust (CA LECET), a construction industry labor-management committee, which brings together representatives of the California-based affiliates of the Laborers International Union of North America (LIUNA) and their signatory Contractor Partners, in a collaborative effort to advance their mutual interests and to increase the market share of the union sector of the construction industry in California.
